When I first started this process I was totally overwhelmed.
I felt like I needed to throw everything away and then spend ALL MY MONEY on “clean” brands. I don’t know about you but I hate the feeling of spending a little extra on something only to find that the quality sucks.

Think of an area you want to start with and just focus on swapping out one item at a time. You can use what you have and once it’s almost gone- revisit this list and find another one to try!
And remember— You’ll never be totally toxin free. The goal is just to lighten the load that your body has to manage. Your body has powerful detoxing systems set up in place— you don’t need to live in fear— Just make small decisions that support the work your body is already doing!
